Wickson Creek Special Utility District Well 8 Electrical

Construction of Well 8 Electrical and associated appurtenances, according to the project plans and specifications. A CERTIFIED OR CASHIER CHECK, or an acceptable bid bond in an amount not less than five percent (5%) of the total bid shall accompany each bid as a guaranty that, if awarded the contract, the bidder will promptly enter into contract with Wickson Creek SUD. BIDDERS ARE expected to inspect the site of the work and to inform themselves of all local conditions. Time of completion shall be 180 calendar days including Saturdays, Sundays, and legal holidays. BIDDERS WILL be allowed to modify or withdraw bids prior to the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. NO BID received after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids will be accepted or opened. NO BID may be withdrawn after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids for at least 60 calendar days. IN CASE of ambiguity or lack of clearness stating the price in the bids, Wickson Creek SUD reserves the right to consider the most advantageous construction thereof, or to reject the bid. Wickson Creek SUD reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any informality in the bids.
