Description The work consists of limited demolition work to remove interior walls and create a single room approximately 37 FT x 24 FT and then the installation of remodeling improvements.The work includes installing structural supports for the existing ceiling, masonry infill existing doors and window, furring and drywall over existing masonry walls, plumbing improvements, modifications to the existing air handling ductwork, painting, acidstaining of existing concrete floor, installation of new kitchenette cabinetry and plumbing fixtures, installation ofnew doors.Electrical work will be done by the owner.
