HVAC Replacements for MARCS Tower Sites

MARCS is requesting to replace HVAC units at our tower sites. This will bring the fleet into compliance with our maintenance schedule that has been set in place. This will aid in reducing maintenance expenses and help to avoid unexpected costs due to extreme weather patterns. Thus helping to increase the reliability of the MARCS radio system's infrastructure. Consideration will ONLY be given to suppliers that can supply the required HVAC units (listed in the attached spreadsheet) to all appropriate sites. Any line item that is not completed will be considered as a zero cost offer. **Please be sure to include the applicable contract number in the contract column of your grid. If a state contract number is not provided, your quote will not be considered as referencing a State contract.** Required grid completion will be eligible for selection. No additional terms and conditions will be accepted. Selection will be based on the lowest responsive and responsible quote. Quoted price must be at or lower than contract pricing. Please attach document confirmation of hourly labor rates based on your contract agreement for total installation charges. Quote must be valid for at least 90 days from submission date.
