Replace existing concrete steps and patio area with new concrete steps and patio, hydronically heated from available hot water. Owner reserves the right to reject any and all Bids and to waive informalities and irregularities. Bid security is required on this project. Bidder shall include a satisfactory Bid Bond or a certified or cashier's check for 5% of the Bid amount with the completed Bid form submitted to the Owner. Performance and Payment Bonds are required on this project. The selected Contractor shall furnish a 100% contract Performance Bond and a 100% contract Payment Bond in the contract amount to cover the execution of the Work. Questions shall be submitted by email to mike@sealanderarchitects.com not later than January 27, 2023 at 5:00 p.m. local time. Responses will include the original question and be distributed to registered parties by email. Responses to questions will be issued not later than January 31, 2023. Successful Bidder shall begin the Work on receipt of the Notice to Proceed and shall complete the Work within the Contract Time. Work is subject to liquidated damages. Bidders must be properly licensed under the laws governing their respective trades and be able to obtain insurance and bonds required for the Work.
