| Description | Project Description: The Work consists of the complete demolition and disposal of two buildings, and includes site work: Paul Volk Hall and the Conference and Retreat Center at Maple Mount. Paul Volk Hall (PVH), is approximately 30,289 sq. ft, and the Retreat Center is approximately 51,506 sq. ft, plus basement wells, dormers, balconies, etc. Also included is 98% compacted fill in the areas where both the buildings are removed, site grading and seeding. There are many utilities connecting the various campus buildings that must be reconnected and restored into service prior to demolition. The Work includes, but is not limited to building demolition, site clearing, earthwork, hot-mix asphalt paving, lawns and grasses, cast-in-place concrete, metal fabrications, sheet metal flashing and trim, manufactured roof specialties, gypsum board assemblies, site clean-up, and the complete disposal of all debris off-site. |
