Quail Roost Park-New Playground Expansion and Surface Conversion

New playground equipment, Poligon shelter, lightning system, pavers, concrete walkways, concrete foundations, CMU wall, concrete benches, concrete curbing, PIP Resilient Surface, Engineered Wood Fiber Surface (EWF), benches, bike rack, picnic tables, trash receptacles and perform site preparation, earthwork and earth mound as shown on plans and described herein. Also included is the planting of new trees, root barriers, sod, and plant materials as shown on construction documents. Demolition of the existing playground concrete curb, temporary accessible route ,Artificial Turf, excavation a minimum of 12” inches of the existing material under the Artificial Turf , properly disposed of the material, and provide and install 12” inches of EWF (Engineered Wood Fiber Surface) Restoration of all areas, including walkways and lawns, which are damaged during the construction process.
