| Description | Project consists of providing mold remediation of Buildings A, B, C, D and Administration. Mechanical repairs shall include the removal and replacement of outdoor and return air dampers at the central station AHU’s in buildings A, B, C, & D. Administration building mechanical repairs will include a new boiler and new hot water coil installation for humidity control along with other minor mechanical specialties like air separators and expansion tanks. All buildings will receive controls upgrades to damper actuators, thermostats and front-end controls. |
