Accessible Unit Upgrades, Eugene Murphy Village 667-2 - General Bids

A. The Work under the Contract consists of: 1. The Project consists of: Interior deconstruction of two semi-accessible units (units J48 and P73) and construction of interior partitions, kitchens, bathrooms, door assemblies, window assemblies, electrical, plumbing and masonry reconstruction. Site-work includes the removal of concrete sidewalks and parking areas, re-grading around building and installation of new concrete accessible sidewalks, ramps and asphalt parking areas meeting accessibility requirements. 2. All Work either shown on the Drawings or included in the Specifications unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the Project Site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside the Project Site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
