Description

This project will provide for the replacement of the existing propane fired boiler heating system at the park Law Enforcement/Resource Management building (EC-8). The existing unit has exceeded its design life and is undersized and inadequate for current use. The primary work of this project includes, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of one (1) 245 mbh Propane fired boiler unit, electrical controls and one (1) hydronic heat pump at EC-8 located at 102 Elk Creek, Gunnison CO 81230. General tasks include: Removal, replacement, balancing, and testing of the new Boiler. This includes all supplies and labor to accomplish the work. Tasks also include removal and proper disposal of the existing boiler and all debris associated with the replacement off-site.
