| Description | The design-build scope of the work includes all labor and materials required to provide engineering, construction and other related services necessary to design, construct, and equip a fully automated emergency generator that is compliant with all applicable codes. Related services include, design and surveying services to prepare a complete set of construction drawings, sealed by a PE licensed to practice in New Mexico, permitting services including review by the New Mexico CID and subsequent drawing revisions to achieve a building permit, demolition/modification of existing equipment, providing an emergency generator set with 24-hour diesel tank, modification and connection to the existing automatic transfer switch, running all conduit and conductors necessary to connect the entire facility to the generator, setting up and programming the generator set, and commissioning of the project. | ||
