| Description | It is the intent of Charlotte County to purchase various types of shell material for use in shell base, shell stabilized base, trails, warning tracks, and unpaved parking areas on an "as required" basis. It is the specific purpose of this bid to establish a conditional contract for the required products and to secure the cost and availability of the requirements for procurement from sources of supply that will give prompt and convenient service.
