Description of Work for Gym Seal & Brick Mortar Repairs: Work to be Done: The work consists of furnishing all plant, labor, equipment, supplies, and materials and performing all work. Principal Features: The work to be performed will include, but not be limited to the following principal features: o Brick Mortar Crack Repair o Seal Exterior Brick at Gym Area 7200 sq. ft. o Grind 1/2" deep at all mortar joints where the mortar is missing and tuck point each to a round smooth finish. o Seal masonry at gym with a silane siloxane sealer Armor SX5000 and Armor SX500 WB or equal approved by the Maries R-I School District. Completion Date: Entire project must be completed on or before November 30, 2022.
