A timeline for award has not yet been established.** ET(21RDS) Project: SFY 2021 Road Reconstruction/Improvement Project S. Creek Dr (Dock Rd to End): The project requires clearing the site including the removal and disposal of the existing asphalt roadway and the reconstruction of the roadway including approximately 615 tons of Hot Mix Asphalt Top Course, 738 Tons of Hot Mix Asphalt Intermediate Course, 4100 SY DGA Base Course, 18 LF of 15-inch perforated HDPE pipe in a 2.5 FT x 2.5 FT recharge trench, two (2) Type "A" inlets and all restoration including road restriping, driveway, edge restoration and cleanup. If a Fed EX or UPS account is not available and they have to be mailed, an additional payment of $30.00 will be required and that check must be made payable to Owen, Little & Associates, Inc. Official documents must be purchased from Owen, Little & Associates for Bid Submission. No downloaded documents will be accepted as we cannot guarantee accuracy. Bids may be submitted by mail or in person at any time prior to the time for receiving and opening the same at the Township Finance Office. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et. seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. The Township of Eagleswood reserves the right to waive any informalities and to reject any and all bids. A Bid Bond drawn to the order of the Township of Eagleswood in an amount equal to ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid must be submitted with the proposal as bid security, but not more than $20,000.00. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a Performance Bond for the amount of the total bid within ten (10) days from the date of written acceptance of his proposal. Certificates of Insurance will also be required. The Township of Eagleswood hereby reserves the right to consider the bids for sixty (60) days after the receipt thereof. The Township further reserves the right, which is understood and agreed to by all bidders, to reject any or all bids submitted, but any contract awarded will be to the lowest responsible bidder based on the lowest Total Bid Amount and to make such awards or take such action as may be in the best interest of the Township. |
