Description

The work includes but not limited to: demo of existing supply fans, filters, coils, piping, and associated appurtenances; demo of Ventilation ductwork from the plenum to the inlet of the supply fan and all existing direct expansion (DX) condensing units, piping, and appurtenances located on the Promenade Deck. Contractor responsible for disconnection and demolition of all HVAC electrical connections back to source panel. Provide all new conduit, conductors, and disconnects for new HVAC equipment. Existing panels to be reused. Contractor is responsible for new breakers for the new HVAC equipment and the construction of a new concrete pad for two new units.
