The furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools, equipment, machinery, supplies, fuel, and any other miscellaneous necessities and services necessary for landscape maintenance which for the purposes of the bid, shall include weeding, mowing, edging, pruning, hedge trimming, raking, sweeping, herbicide applications including preventive and corrective applications, fertilization and pest management services using Integrated Pest Management principles, irrigation system maintenance, monitoring and repair, maintaining and replacing, if necessary, any plants lost due to negligence of the Contractor, seasonal color replacement, removing graffiti on a daily basis, blowing sidewalks daily, blowing garage weekly, pressure cleaning sidewalks and pavers quarterly, daily removal of all litter including dead animals, daily cleaning and weekly maintenance of all related furniture such as benches, trash receptacles, routine painting and maintaining all furniture and structures
