Bayport Facility Belt Press Building and Equipment Corrosion Repair

This contract is to provide: A "Turn-key" project for the removal and installation of external metal building sheeting (for Building#802) capable of withstanding design criteria for the project; A "turn-key" removal and replacement of side metal purlins, grits and supports excluding steel I-beam internal infrastructure; A "Turn-key" installation of exhaust and intake fans in the building# 802 and associated electrical work; Purchase and installation of beams and columns for building#801. A "Turn-key" repair and painting of the hand rails and support structure of building 802 as indicated on the attached drawings using coating material approved by GCA; and, Ancillary updates and material to be suppled in the contract is also listed in "01010 Summary of Work" specification but may not be all inclusive of the project.
