Paver Lot and Taylor Park Redevelopment

Scope of Work: The project generally consists of the demolition of an existing parking lot, construction of new public space amenities, construction of a pad ready space for a future building, sidewalks, utility connections, stormwater management features, and other items as shown it the plans and specifications. The “Taylor Park” portion of the project generally consists of grading for a future play area, installation of new sidewalks, and installation of new picnic areas. The Project requires coordination with the adjacent development of the future building which will be underway immediately upon successful completion of pad grading. Contractors are expected to work together for seamless project delivery.
