The Project Base Bid consists of Bituminous Pavement Resurfacing including milling and base repair and handicapped curb ramps on the following streets in the Borough of West Pittston: Base Bid: North Street from Wyoming Avenue to Fourth Street and Fremont Street from Luzerne Avenue to Montgomery Avenue. Add Alternate Bid: Montgomery Avenue to 60 ft. west of Washington Street.
