Description

THE COMMISSIONER OF THE DEPARTMENT OF NEIGHBORHOOD SERVICES OF THE CITY OF MILWAUKEE ("Commissioner"), Milwaukee, Wisconsin, acting pursuant to Sec. 7-22-3, Milwaukee City Charter, will receive sealed bids for furnishing all labor and materials and performing all work necessary for and incidental to the demolition of ten (10) primary buildings and three (3) secondary buildings located in the city of Milwaukee, Wisconsin The Commissioner reserves the right to reject any and all bids at any time, if it is in the best interests of the City, and to waive any informalities in bidding. The Small, Minority and Women Business Enterprises (SMWBE) and Labor Surplus Area (LSA) firms GOAL for this project is 25% of the contract base bid.
