Gutter and Coreless Main Broom Replacement

The broom is to be constructed by helically winding the brush strip assembly around the outside of the steel tube. The broom must be close spaced, tightly wrapped and evenly spaced along the axis of the tube. 71 to 73 wraps of double mat format. The arrangement of the wraps is so there will be no streaking at the ends of the broom or anywhere in between. The brush strip assembly will be manufactured with Minimum thickness of 18 gauge steel and hold the bristles in the correct fixed position for the working like of the broom. Any replacement main broom will be interchangeable with OEM main broom as to mounting and fit without any modification or cost to the end user. All replacement main brooms will be free of any defects, in the materials and fabrication which would affect the appearance and performance.
