Construction of Water, Sanitary and Drainage Facilities for Tamarron Point Street Dedication Section 6

TWE Project No. 21.14.088 Scope of Work of the Contract includes the Construction of Water, Sanitary and Storm Facilities for Tamarron Point Street Dedication Section 6. For construction contracts $50,000 and over, the bidder shall submit a certified or cashier's check on a responsible bank in the State equal to two percent (2%) of the maximum total bid amount. Make the cashier's check or bid bonds payable to the Owner. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids and waive any or all irregularities. No bid may be withdrawn until the expiration of 90 days from the date bids are open. Pursuant to Texas Government Code 2252.908, on behalf of Fort Bend County Municipal Utility District No. 222 (the "District") with a printed, executed and notarized original of a completed Certificate of Interested Parties form (Form 1295) with the bid. Failure to do so will result in the District's inability to execute the contract.
