Description To provide all labor, supervision, equipment, materials, and expertise required for the installation and maintenance services of potable water filtration systems throughout the State of Florida. The service is directed by the Department's Water Supply Restoration Funding Program (WSRF). Florida Department of Health (DOH) samples potable water wells in order to identify levels of specific constituents above the Maximum Contaminant Level (MCL) or Health Advisory Level (HAL). The services performed shall be in accordance with the requirements set forth in statutory authority, Section 376.30(3)(c), Florida Statutes (F.S.). The Department of Environmental Protection is issuing an Invitation to Bid (ITB), seeking information from interested parties relating to Installation and Maintenance of Potable Water Filtration Systems.
