The work will also entail removing existing roofing material from identified roof sections. The new work will include installing new sealants in all of the vertical joints throughout the entirety of the three buildings, installing a new metal coping cap at the existing stone cap locations, and installing a new fully adhered EPDM roof on the identified roof sections.
