Description | Site work, paving, new construction and renovation of a mixed-use development in Naperville, Illinois. Design plans call for the renovation of a 64,993-square-foot retail development; for the construction of a 85,948-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade warehouse / distribution facility; 2,296-square-foot restaurant; 1,661-square-foot retail development; 123-square-foot office development; and 2,898-square-foot financial development. Plans call for the redevelopment of the existing Market Meadows shopping center to include existing building upgrades, new building construction, new LED lighting, parking lot re-configuration, new landscaping, new out lot development with storm water detention system (detention for existing volume and new out lot requirements), two new monument signs, new sidewalks, new remote ATM drive up and new out lot restaurant drive thru. NOTE: Partners in Design is the Architect designing The Lockup Self Storage to be located on Lot 3 of the redevelopment (see The Lockup Storage - Market Meadows / Naperville). On February 16, 2021, the project received preliminary and final plat approval from Naperville City Council. Information regarding a general contractor has not been disclosed.
