Work includes, but is not limited to, replacing the arena scoreboard with new scoreboard and providing a Control Booth in the SHM Center, and replacing the softball scoreboard with new scoreboard at the Softball Complex Bid Security Is Required in an Amount Not Less Than 5% Of the Base Bid.
