Any damaged decking will be quoted and result in a change order. 2.Provide and install a new 30-year asphalt shingle roofing system complete, including all flashings, underlayment’s, ice barriers, venting, accessories, and other roofing materials as required for a complete system. 3.Remove and replace exhaust vent covers as per existing, typical. 4.Remove and replace drip edge at all eaves and gables, typical. 5.Flash all penetrations, typical. 6.Remove and replace ridge vents on all ridges, typical. 7.No asbestos-containing materials may be used. |
