Description

This project is planned to be phased over the next three years. The CMGC will work closely with architects, engineers, and City staff to prioritize work and determine optimal phasing for work. The project may include a variety of work such as: 1. Design review and input. 2. Participate in stakeholder meetings. 3. Cost estimating and development of construction schedule. 4. Preparing guarantee maximum price. 5. Permitting, award of subcontracts, and submittal preparation. 6. Site civil improvements (demolition of existing office/hangar, utility relocation, new utility services, roadway improvements, and excavation). 7. Phase 1 of Ready/Return garage facilities. 8. Customer Service Building and customer walkway.
