UV Upgrade in Air Conditioning System The Informal Quoting process is used when the Town estimates the total bid amount not to exceed F.S. 287.017(2), as amended. The Town of Davie reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids. The purpose of this ITQ is to upgrade the Carrier i-Vu system to i-Vu Standard/Plus v7.0 Security used to monitor air conditioning systems located in the Public Works/Fire Administration building, Potters Park Community Center, and The Davie Police Department Buildings. This will also include an upgrade of the integration link and the RTUs to BACnet protocol. 1. Supply and installation of Carrier i-Vu Standard/Plus v7.0 Security software. 2. Upgrade software in PC workstation. 3. Integration and setup of the following buildings into new Carrier i-Vu interface. o Potters Park Community Center 4300 SW 57 th Terrace, Davie, FL 33314. o Davie Police Department Building 1230 South Nob Hill Road, Davie, FL 33324. o Public Works/Fire Administration Building 6901 Orange Drive Davie, FL 33314. 4. Supply and install low voltage control wiring and terminations. 5. Provide Owner training (up to 8 hours of training and/or technical assistance). 6. Programming, start-up, and commissioning of control system. 7. Remove existing Carrier Control System 3rd party equipment interface "link" (CCN Network). 8. Supply and installation of new Carrier Control System 3rd party equipment interface "link" (BACnet Network) - install new link into existing enclosure using existing power 9. Supply and installation of BACnet translators for existing RTUs (UPC) - 2 total. 10. Supply and installation of network surge protection devices for RTUs - 2 total. 11. Supply and installation of Low voltage control wiring and terminations. 12. Install floor plan graphics for the Police Department Building (1 ST and 2 nd floors). 13. Programming, start-up, and commissioning of new system components. 14. One (1) year warranty on Carrier Controls, parts, and installation labor. 15. Provide operation and maintenance manuals.
