| Description | The project consists of the following major elements of construction including but not limited: Replacement of the existing roofing system at The Tyner YFD Center, 6900 Ty Hi Drive, Chattanooga, TN 37421. The total roofing area to be replaced is 12,415 square feet. The new roofing system for all buildings shall consist of a new White 0.060” TPO roofing system over the existing substrate, including insulation and coverboard to meet 2012 IBC and IECC, plus additional work as specified. |
