This agreement will include Department Force pickup of material, vendor delivery of asphalt, and vendor hauling of millings. Under this agreement, the awarded vendor will also receive an estimated total of approximately 14,840 tons of RAP millings delivered to the vendors plant nearest to the jobsite.
