| Description | The contractor will provide to the Department of Water Resources (DWR) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, permits, and licenses necessary for the inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement of lightbulbs and any additional exterior and interior site lighting at DWR's Stockton-Weber Emergency Material Transfer Facility (EMTF) on a quarterly and as-needed basis. The Contractor will also be required to install, repair, and inspect electrical fixtures, pull boxes, wires, and conduits as needed and be able to provide maintenance services for the on-site backup generator on a quarterly basis. |
