| Description | To perform new site drainage, grading and sidewalk construction as indicated in the Scope of Work. Site Drainage: 1. Connection of all existing roof drain leaders to new area drains and/or existing catch basin. 2. New downspout adapters and piping from existing roof drain leaders 3. New area drains on north and east sides of building (at elevations to be determined by final grade) connected to existing catch basin on west side of building. Grading: 1. Grading new area drains and around new sidewalks and ramps per Civil Engineer's directions 2. Rough grading and elevations to be a part of this RFP and to be determined during grading process. 3. Final grading and landscaping are NOT a part of this RFP and will be completed by Metro Waterproofing as a part of the waterproofing portion of this project. New Sidewalks: 1. Demo existing sidewalk on north side of building 2. Construct new sloped sidewalk on grade on north and east sides of building leading up to new landing at existing entrance door on first floor 3. New 6'-0" x 10'-0" (approx.) covered concrete landing at existing first floor entrance door on east side of building. | ||||||||||
