Parking Lot: Demolition to the sidewalk and asphalt Replace two (2) existing accessible parking spaces with three (3) ADA (2010 Standards 208.2) approved handicapped parking spaces in front of the Bowling Alley, where the existing handicapped spaces are currently Debris Removal Reconfigure, form, and pour new section of sidewalk with ADA compliant ramp from said ADA parking spaces and compliant van accessibility Install three (3) ADA compliant parking signs Install detectable warning pads, curb guards and handrails where required by the ADA code Replace soil, grass and asphalt damaged from construction Interior: Men’s and Women’s Restrooms by Main Check-in Office Remove existing ceramic tile from both the walls and floors Remove partitions Prep floors and walls for tile Furnish thin set and grout Furnish and install tile on floors and walls, approximately 774 sq ft Re-Install toilet paper holder, soap dispensers, paper towel holders, baby changing station’s, and grab bars where required by the ADA requirements Remove portion of block walls to allow for ADA compliance Remove one (1) Urinal to allow for proper ADA accessibility Remove and replace ceiling tiles and rework grid systems Reattach all plumbing fixtures with new supply lines Re-install existing partition Install new countertop and sink Install new light fixtures Paint on walls, two (2) coats
