Description | This RFP is for the WOSB MATOC contractors identified only. Intec Group, LLC Dawn Inc. RJ Runge Company, Inc. GM Hill Engineering, Inc. Dear MATOC Contractors: Reference is made to your Indefinite Delivery Contracts, Numbers W912QR20D0021 through W912QR20D0024 to provide Design/Build Construction Services within the Great Lakes and Ohio River Division Mission Boundaries. We request you submit a price proposal for the Design-Build and construction of Salamonie Lake Office Building Remodel. This work is detailed in the scope of work, drawings, and specifications, and General Wage Determination IN20220002 posted on the SAM website at SAM.gov. All vendors must be registered in the SAM database. The RFP can be found by logging into the website as a vendor and searching for the solicitation number (W912P6-22095859). The estimated cost range is $100,000 and $250,000. The basis for award of this task order is lowest evaluated price. Please complete the price breakout schedule, to include the labor category table demonstrating the use of the binding rates included in your MATOC contract. The submitted price breakdown should include sufficient detail to allow the Government to verify that your proposed price incorporates the binding rates from your base contract. Any level of effort shown in the submitted information will not be used for evaluation purposes and will be used only to ensure that the proposal is in compliance with the binding rates from the base contract. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The scope of work for this project consists of design and construction of the following: - All construction except for the entrance will take place in the existing footprint. - A canopy at the building entrance that covers the landing, stair, and ramp. - Two Private Offices o Manager's Office, close proximity to administrative assistant. Meets with employees and dignitaries. Parking lot view. o Ranger's Office meets with contractors occasionally. - One secure Reception Office for Administrative Assistant - Own space with temperature control. Greets and determines access into small waiting space. Would more than likely need a window to communicate through with a buzz in electric lock. Needs easy access to office equipment. - Office for Dam Tenders (3) - Open air space using three (3) cubicles for their own work areas while being able to communicate with one another easily. They need extra space for work related items with multiple file cabinets and access to office equipment. - Breakroom/meeting room for 12 personnel - Propane hook-up in the break room - Closet to house IT and electrical equipment - A shower/changing room adjoining to locker room - ABA/ADA accessible - 2 unisex restrooms, one with urinal - ABA/ADA accessible - Vestibule (secure) with interior window - Combination visitor waiting space and office equipment - Utility closet - Office supplies closet with open shelving |
