| Description | The Building Code defines the conditions that cause a structure to be declared a Dangerous Building. Following certain procedural steps, hearings, and notice to the property owner, the County is authorized to demolish these Dangerous Buildings if not demolished by the property owner. These structures and all debris on the site that constitutes a public nuisance are completely removed and the site is graded, seeded and strawed and returned to a natural condition. |
