Description

As of August 29, 2022. Project has been awarded to the FF: J. C. Orr & Son, Inc $1,640,537 – K & K Plumbing Co. Inc: $139,041 W. C. Eshenaur & Son: $247,666 – Stelco, Inc.: $238,372 Millbrook Marsh Nature Center SCEB Phase 2 and Welcome Pavilion: Prime contracts will include: (1) General Construction; (2) Fire-Protection Construction; (3) Plumbing Construction; 4) HVAC Construction; (5) Electrical Construction. Bids must include a bid bond for the amount of 10% of the total bid. Bonds must be issued by a surety licensed to do business in PA. This is a Prevailing Wage project. Local contractors are encouraged to bid.
