Description

This project will include installation of a one-way exit driveway connecting to Brewer Road from the Los Abrigados Resort property, through the City-owned Ranger Station Park property at 250 Brewer Road. Along with the gravel driveway, a portion of the existing wall along the property line will be removed, and a new gate installed with a loop detector for exiting vehicles. It will also include new asphalt, curb, and minor drainage improvements.
