BHB PROJECT # 2021.013.132 The scope of the work involves the certain repairs to the existing asphalt parking lot as well as new construction. The Parker County Hospital District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the bid procedure or bids when such actions are deemed in the best interest of the Hospital District. A. Summary Project Description for Main Dispatch Expansion: Approximately 1,200 sf of office space renovation, including light interior demolition of and replacement of walls, openings, and finishes. B. Summary Project Description for Parking Lot Rehabilitation and Construction: The project consists of revised parking layout and vehicular drives along North and West sides of building, with a new retaining wall along Anderson Street and new covered parking canopy structure with power pedestals behind building. C. Contract Scope: Construction, demolition, renovation, and facility operations during occupancy. See respective drawing sets for specific scopes of work at each location.
