| Description | Scope of work includes complete tear off of existing built-up roofing with small crushed stone aggregate ballast throughout. Existing roofing is 4"-7" of flat and tapered polyiso with wood fiber cover board plus built-up. Total Area of roofing is approximately 33,700 SF of which approximately half is lightweight gypsum deck and the remaining half is metal deck. New work will include attachment board on gypsum deck, new flat & tapered insulation throughout, new Modified Bitumen built-up roofing and new retrofit roof drains. There is one deduct alternate to deduct the approx. 8100 SF 2002 Addition (metal deck) from the base bid. |
