Monument Plowport and Wash Bay

Qualified General Contractors are invited to bid on the construction of a 1-bay Pre-engineered metal building (PEMB) building addition and wash bay remodel at an existing 8-bay Vehicle Storage Facility (VSF) in Monument, CO. The building addition will be a 1,500 square foot unheated ‘plowport’ vehicle storage structure. It will be open on one end and will have new walls and a new roof abutting the existing building. The wash bay remodel will convert two existing vehicle storage bays into wash bays, adding wash bay curtains, a pressure washer and electrical upgrades. The rest of the existing building shall remain and is not part of this project.
