*As of February 08, 2023, project is currently under construction. Construction for this bid package started in October 2022. Project involves the site work to accommodate the construction of a new Approx. 250,000 s.f high school. Project also has supporting site amenities such as parking lots, sidewalks, utilities, sport fields, landscaping, etc.. This is a construction management project. Bids are to be for the following contract: A-1: Site Work Attention is called to construction schedule as detailed in the Bid Documents. Sealed bids shall be addressed to Indian River School District, Attn: Supervisor of Building and Grounds, Joe Booth.
