The scope of work generally consists of replacement of the indoor pool and related equipment. Interior renovations include finishes and windows at the pool area, storage room, locker rooms, office, and classroom improvements. HVAC and plumbing related work at the renovation areas along with a dehumidification unit and new fabric duct at the pool. Electrical service upgrades to include a new main distribution panel, service panels, and lighting/power improvements at renovation areas. Exterior improvements include paving, grading, fencing
