| Description | The City plans to completely repave all of Alabaster Boulevard and explore construction of a possible connector road that would connect Highway 31 to Alabaster Boulevard to provide an additional entrance and exit to the Promenade Shopping Center. Repaving expected to take place in 2023 and expansion of the road targeted for 2026. This project is in included in the City of Alabaster 2022-2023 Capital Improvement Plan (CIP).
