| Description | Warren Emergency Services Building Roof The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids FIELD AREA: Approximately 12,160 sq ft per field measurement. Project Description: o The contractor will provide all necessary materials, labor, supervision, equipment, and related works to complete the project in a safe and timely manner. o Begin construction project by removing existing roof system down to the deck due to the amount of existing wet insulation. o Install a Duro-Last R30 insulation by fully adhering in 2-part urethane. o Fully adhere Duro-Last 60 mil Duro-Tuff PVC Membrane over insulation. o Install 2-piece Compression Metal in place of existing metal coping cap. o Clean up and haul off all waste into on-site dumpster. o New roof system to receive a 25-year NDL Manufacturer's Warranty from Dura-Last. ' o Will furnish a 2-year workmanship guarantee from RBT Construction. |
