Achilles Elementary School Security Vestibule

The scope of work consists of constructing a new entrance vestibule within an existing lobby at the main public entrance of Achilles Elementary School, located in Gloucester County, VA. The work includes demolishing existing metal storefront windows, doors and hardware, salvaging hardware, fabricating and installing new metal storefront windows, doors and hardware, miscellaneous related work, patching and repair of surfaces, minor masonry, plumbing, painting and work of other trades. There are no bid options included in the work. Bidders that are hand-delivering bids shall note that the public entrance to Building #2 that faces Main Street is closed; please use the rear entrance at ground level to enter the building.
