The Town of Normal will receive sealed proposals for the following: Housing Rehabilitation Program- 1101 S. Linden Street, Normal 1101 S. Linden Street is a one-story home that was constructed in 1920's. The home is approximately 1050 sq/ft and contains 5 rooms including 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom. The property has a full basement constructed of masonry brick. The basement space is unfinished and used for storage as well as the housing the furnace, water heater, and laundry. The house is supported by a public water and sewer service, has a circuit breaker electric service, gas forced air furnace and gas water heater. The exterior is comprised of aluminum lap siding, wood doors and windows, and an asphalt roof. The property includes a detached two-car garage at the rear of the property. The building, housekeeping and property are considered in decent and condition. The property is located on a 4-lane Linden Street and on- street is prohibited, and the driveway parking are somewhat limited.
