| Description | Proposed Dellwood Lane Detention Basin Retrofit, Bloc 424.08 Lot 368 on Dellwood Lane between Demott Lane and Rue Chagall in Franklin Township, Somerset County, New Jersey ('Project'), consisting of the following: The basin retrofitting includes but is not limited to the removal of the low flow channels, installation of bioretention media, underdrains with cleanouts, and modifications to the outlet structure; The contractor is responsible for the revegetation of the basin with native herbaceous wildflowers, grasses, and seed; The contractor will be responsible for purchasing and installing all vegetated and plant material as part of the project during an appropriate planting window. |
