Description

In general the work consists of removal of the existing roofing systems (`180 squares). The primary roof areas are sprayed foam roofing with a granulated silicone toping. Below these is the original roof material placed directly on the deck. Removal of the canopy roofs is included, one is a ten year old EPDM while the other in a gravel surfaced modified bitumen. All roof areas are to be removed down to the structural deck and replaced with a fully adhered, 1/4":12" sloped insulation, 60-mil minimum EPDM Base Bid will be received for: A single lump sum bid for All Work. Bid Guarantee in the amount of 10% of the Bid must accompany each bid submitted
