CWSRF Sanitary Sewer Improvements

The work consists of rehabilitating the City of Marysville sanitary sewer collection system as follows: 1) Sanitary sewer pipe repairs at various locations throughout the City of Marysville by means of full length or sectional pipe replacement, pipe bursting, and jack and bore method. a. Approximately 733 Lft of open cut pipe replacement. b. Approximately 90 Lft of jack and bore pipe installation. c. Approximately 790 Lft of pipe replacement via pipe bursting. 2) Sanitary sewer pipe repairs at various locations throughout the City of Marysville by means of full pipe and partial pipe cast-in-place sewer lining as well as chemical grout joint sealing. a. Approximately 14,412 Lft of full length cured-in-place pipe lining. b. Approximately 122 four- (4-) foot sectional pipe liners. c. Approximately 434 pipe joint repairs via chemical grout. 3) Sanitary sewer manhole repairs at various locations throughout the City of Marysville including frame and cover resets/replacements, elevation adjustments, chimney replacements, O-ring replacements, interior and exterior manhole wrapping/lining, joint/leak sealing, full manhole rebuilds, and manhole vactor work. a. Approximately 24 frame and cover replacements, resets, or adjustments. b. Approximately 15 chimney replacements and 80 internal chimney point repairs. c. Approximately 18 locations of internal manhole liners (220 Lft depth) and 14 external wrap installations. d. Approximately 26 MH joint repairs via mortar and 77 leak seals with hydrophobic grout.
