Description 1. Service for Lots A – D to include the following: Remove all litter prior to mowing. Mow, string trim and edge the areas once per week (March through October) and once the second week in February and the second week in November. No mowing, trimming, or edging required in January and December: (To be accomplished on Thursdays or Fridays, weather permitting). Remove weeds from the campus areas twice per month March through October and once during the second week in February. Stray weeds and plant material in the hardscape areas should be removed. Pine straw to be applied in March and October to all bed areas. Maintain irrigation bed systems as necessary. Trim all ornamental planting on campus property annually in February as required to maintain well-groomed appearance and promote healthy growth. Lot A - Graduate Education Center Beds along Pierside and adjacent to GEC building Trim dead leaves from palm trees on GEC property annually Lot B - Warren Lasch Conservation Center Beds in the parking lot in front of the WLCC Grassy area inside the fencing along the building Trim bushes on parking lot when needed to maintain a well-groomed appearance and promote healthy growth. Weed removal in all fenced areas around the WLCC. To be accessed accompanied by a security guard. Lot C - Energy Innovation Center All grassy areas adjacent to the building up to the railroad tracks on the west side Weed and feed all grassy areas to maintain appearance Lot D - Remaining area; substation; 1824 Grassy areas between all campus building and adjoining roads – Kilo St, Pierside St, Hobson Ave, and Supply St.
